Keto Food Review: Real Good Foods Breakfast Sandwiches

There has been a lot of off plan eating this year, but I’m also still obsessed with trying all the keto products that are now starting to pop up in stores near me. I recently found out that Real Good Foods put out a breakfast sandwich that had cauliflower buns and thought that would be interesting to try. Luckily, our local QFC stocks most of this brand’s products so we were able to buy a box on a recent grocery shopping trip.

I’m not a fan of breakfast sausage, so we bought the bacon variety. The box contains 4 individually wrapped sandwiches that can be prepared in the microwave. I tend to heat them up from frozen since I usually eat these at lunchtime and am not great at planning out my day, but they turn out well that way. The cauliflower buns are pretty good and there’s plenty of cheese for my liking. I think the only thing I’d change is adding more bacon (which I have done when we have some leftover in the fridge).

Overall, I’d say these are a good quick eat though they can be really great with some additions (like more bacon, extra cheese, etc). I plan to keep a box of these on hand for quick workday lunches since they’re just the right size to zap hunger, but not enough to push me into the “too full” zone which tanks my afternoon productivity.
