Jeff Makes Stuff: Strawberry Jam

Since it seems like covid is here to stay for the foreseeable future, this blog may become nothing but “Jeff Makes Stuff” posts - and I think I’m okay with that. This time he made his own strawberry jam to go on the delicious sourdough bread he’s been baking up weekly.

Unsurprisingly, he used Joshua Weissman’s recipe for homemade jam. It was delicious and made the house smell amazing (which is always a delightful byproduct of Jeff’s cooking). If he keeps baking up sourdough, I have a feeling we’ll be sampling other variations of this homemade jam - I’ll report back!
