Jeff Makes Stuff: Mooncakes

Oh look. We’re back with another edition of Jeff Makes Stuff. I’ve been wanting mooncakes ever since I saw some on Instagram a few months ago. Jeff recently watched Joshua Weissman’s YouTube video on how to make them and decided to order the equipment to make me some.

Jeff even whipped out the D90 to take pictures of what he made (and I did a little bit of creeper wife-ing):

These things were so freaking delicious (especially when served with vanilla Tillamook ice cream). I told Jeff he could make these again anytime, but I think he’ll be holding off for a while since he thought they were quite a bit of work.
