Attempted Table Bag Cat
/I haven’t posted much about the cats in the last year, so I decided to post about something silly Cali did this week. Sometimes my cats get the zoomies after they use the litterbox where they enjoy a few good sprints around the house. Cali is a teenager in human years (meaning quite senior in cat years) and still does this from time to time. This week I was sitting on the couch watching tv when she got the zoomies and out of nowhere launched herself onto the dining room table (which is not an appropriate cat surface) and burrowed herself into a paper take out bag.
Cali has always been pretty well behaved without us telling her what not to do so I ended up just laughing, asking her what she thought she was doing, and moving her inside the bag to the floor. I also told her I was impressed she managed to get her butt up that high since she’s not much of a jumper (it makes her a little nervous since she often misses her mark). She just did the equivalent of a cat eye roll and went about enjoying the paper bag.
