Holo Taco Winter Shimmers Collection

When I heard Cristine compare the new Winter Shimmers collection to unicorn skins with smaller pieces, I knew I wanted to get it. The box arrived this week and I couldn’t wait to get it open and see the polishes with my own eyes.

The box is covered in a small grain glitter that shimmers (but thankfully doesn’t come flaking off when you touch it) and has a neat blue foil look inside. The collection includes:

  • Celestial Lights - a greenish shimmer topper

  • Polar Princess - a pinkish shimmer topper

  • Twilight Shimmer - a purply/blueish shimmer topper

  • Shady Navy - a navy crème

  • Laven-Duh - a lavender crème

I have been keeping my eye out for combo swatches using this collection on Instagram and there have been some really pretty ones. I can’t wait to start pairing the shimmers with various crèmes (and the two new crèmes with the unicorn skins I already own) and of course covering them all in Matte Taco. More pictures to come!
