Giant Pumpkin Cake
I had heard that Deru Market had a seasonal pumpkin cake and I finally spotted it on their menu this week. I bought a slice yesterday and it’s every bit as big as the last one and even more tasty. The cake is made with local pumpkins and has cream cheese frosting - it’s truly drool worthy.
This time I planned my stomach space a little better and it only took two sittings to devour it. Now I’m curious about what their seasonal flavor will be in December when I usually go off the rails and eat all the carbs. I guess I’ll be continuing to stalk their online menu until it changes again.
