Holo Taco Rock Candy Collection
/A few weeks ago, Holo Taco dropped their rainbow inspired (but not ROYGBIV) crushed holo collection. I have been a fan of the crushed holo formula since Highest Bidder was released in the Gala collection back in 2022, so this collection was a definite purchase for me. What I found a bit unexpected was the addition of micro shimmer (that was introduced in Spyglass as part of the Holo Royalty Shimmering Secrets set earlier this year) - it really adds to the look in my opinion.
This collection includes 7 crushed holo polishes in a rainbow collector’s box:
Electric Sweetener - a purple crushed holo formula with blue micro-shimmer
Pop Rocker - a pink crushed holo formula with indigo blue micro-shimmer
Jam Session - a red crushed holo formula with pink micro-shimmer
Sunshine Crush - a golden yellow crushed holo formula with pink micro-shimmer
Sour Note - a bright green crushed holo formula with pink micro-shimmer
Blue Rizzler - a blue crushed holo formula with pink micro-shimmer
Sugar Rush - an off white crushed holo formula with yellow orange micro-shimmer
Unfortunately, I had major nail art inspiration block for this collection, so here’s what I came up with. It’s definitely not my favorite:
