Holiday Nail Art 2021

I did it - I recreated the nail art from Holo Taco’s gift-wrapped holographic nail art tutorial on my short little nails. I didn’t create as many stripes as in the video because I just don’t have the space, but I think the general gist is there.

Was it easy? Absolutely not - mainly because I had never used striping tape. Are they perfect? Nope. I struggle with making things symmetrical and even. Am I pleased with how they look anyway? You bet!

Now I want to try even more designs with striping tape or sticker stencils (there is probably a correct term for these that I don’t know). Maybe I can somehow combine this with my crème + unicorn skin + matte taco obsession in 2022.
