Making the Most of an Unintended Staycation
/We had plans to go to Las Vegas with a few friends last week, but those plans did not work out due to coronavirus. This was some of my first scheduled time off since reset season and I love eating my way through Vegas, so the disappointment here was intense even though I know cancelling the trip was the right choice for all involved. We chose to eat our way through some of our favorite nearby restaurants via takeout instead (and Jeff did a bit of cooking/baking/pasta making too). It was no Vegas, but it was the next best thing given the current state of life.
