Looking Forward to BBQ

Jeff and I started working from home the first week of March due to coronavirus. This is a weird and scary time - so we decided we needed something to look forward to. We take solace in good food, so Jeff cleaned out the Kamado Joe earlier in the week so he could smoke some brisket and ribs.

To add some variation on our BBQ eating, Jeff has started whipping up breakfast tacos consisting of a low carb tortilla, egg, brisket or rib meat, avocado, cheese, and some spicy sauce. As a person who doesn’t enjoy eggs, this is a great way to eat them. Hope you are all staying safe and healthy.
