So Cal Sunshine

This week I got to take my first ever business trip to So. Cal to participate in a work event at Racho Las Palmas in Palm Springs. It felt so good to get out in the sunshine and visit with LimeMates from all over the world! Limey (who is always my travel buddy) and I had a fantastic time.

I was a bit sad to leave the gorgeous weather and say goodbye to the LimeMates I don’t get to see in person often, but I was also happy to be heading back home to Jeff and the kitties. Jeff welcomed me back with a trip to Shake Shack where I devoured two burgers (mmm Shackmeister burger), some cheese fries, and a shake. I then came home, attempted to watch some tv, and ended up hitting the hay at 8:30pm. Apparently traveling wears me out.
