Everyday Sage Tee

I discovered Tessa of Tzigns on Instagram sometime in the last year or so. When her Everyday Sage Tee design starting popping up in my feed this summer I knew I had to make one for myself. I added it to my Ravelry queue and finally got around to starting it in late October using the remains of the Lion Brand Pound of Love umber yarn from Mom’s shawl last year. This beauty only took me six days to work up (which is wild because I consider myself a slow crocheter and most projects take me forever).

I made a size three with six leaves to achieve a decent length (I would’ve liked it to be longer, but you don’t always get what you want when you play yarn chicken). The double crochet stiches were a bit holey for my liking, so I used the linked double crochet stitch I recently learned as part of another project instead. I’m extremely happy with how this top worked up and especially impressed that it was truly a quick make even for me!
